Issues with the installation of Kroha Advanced.

  • The “Allow USB Debugging” notification does not appear on the child device and the “Next” button is not active.

How to proceed?

1. Make sure your USB cable has a data transfer function. That is, that once you have connected the child device to your computer via USB, you can share files between your computer and your phone.

2. On the child device, in the developer settings, switch off the switch next to “Debug by USB” and then switch it on again.

3. Try to replace the USB cable.

4. If the problem persists, please contact our support team at: support@parental-control.net. Attach the log file to the email. It is located on your PC/Mac > Documents > kroha-advanced-logs

  •  The progress of the installation has frozen and makes no progress.

How to proceed?

1. On the child device, open the developer options and make sure that the switch next to “Debug by USB” is enabled. On some devices, in addition to the “Debug by USB” switch, there are “Setup by USB” and “Debug by USB (security settings)” switches in the developer options. If you find these switches on your child's device, turn them on. 

2. On the child device, in the developer settings, switch off the switch next to “Debug by USB” and then switch it on again.
