What is ‘’Whitelist‘’ in the ‘’Phone Lock‘’ feature?

If the parents want to use the ‘’Phone Lock‘’ feature but need certain apps to work, those apps need to be whitelisted and then all apps on the child's smartphone will be blocked except for apps on the allowed ‘’Whitelist‘’.
