What is the purpose of monitoring recently installed apps?
In order for parents to control the new apps their child would download on their phone, the parents have the option to block these apps as soon as they are installed. This way, the parents can find out more about the apps that the child installs before the child starts using it, and once verified, allow access thereto.
To do this, it is necessary:
1. Enter the “Application Lock” function.
2. Click on the gear in the upper right corner of the app.
3. Select the “Always Blocked” option under “Category of Recently Installed Apps” section.
When you are ready to allow access to a newly installed app, you can go to the “Always Blocked” category, find the desired app and move it to the proper allowed category with limits and restrictions set.
