How can I install Kroha Advanced (iOS)?
To install Kroha Advanced you will need: a computer or laptop, a USB data cable and a child's smartphone or tablet.
In order to install Kroha Advanced:
1. Go to our website page https://advanced.parental-control.net/en and install Kroha Advanced on your computer or laptop;
2. Open Kroha Advanced on your PC/Mac;
3. Select the “Install” option, IOS device type and click the “Start” button;
4. Follow the installation instructions.
- Open the settings on the child's device;
- Log in to your Apple ID;
- Locator (on some iCloud devices);
- Find an IPHONE;
- Turn off the “Find IPHONE” function;
- Connect the child device via USB to the computer and click trust this computer.
- Next, enter your email address registered in the app and the password for your account.
- Tick the box next to “I accept” and click “Authorise” button.
The installation process will be started. Do not disconnect the child unit until the installation is complete.
- Next, the Parental Control Kroha app will open on the child's smartphone/tablet with a screen to create a PIN code. Create a PIN code.
- Follow the instructions to set up the app step by step.
Please note! Before installing Kroha Advanced, the child's device should be unlocked (the phone lock is not enabled).

Important! A computer/laptop is only needed to set up the extended version. After that, all the control is handled from the parent's smartphone.
