When do I need access to the Internet?

To remotely control the device and get real-time information from the child's smartphone, you need Internet access on both the child's and parent's device. It makes no difference whether it's Wi-Fi or mobile data. As for mobile data, it all depends on its quality and access in the location where the phone is placed. The requests from your phone can only be processed if the Internet is available.

When the settings on the child's phone are set, the app can perform these preset settings without access to the Internet.

For example, if you block all games at home and your child goes to school, but the school has no Wi-Fi and your phone has no mobile Internet, the app will continue to block games. But you will only be able to unlock them when you have an internet connection on your phone, and until that time they will be locked.
