Why doesn't the "Listen to the sound around the child" feature work (IOS)?

Unfortunately, if the child has iOS-based device, the sound functions are not available.

Due to Apple's policies and the nature of the iOS system, we are unable to provide all features of the app (which are available for children with devices on Android) for children with devices on iOS.
