What should I do if the child's location is not shown accurately? (Android)

To obtain geodata and to improve the accuracy of location retrieval, please check the following settings:

1. Check for an Internet connection on your child's device

2. Enable “Access to Geodata”

To receive geolocation data, the “Access to Geodata” should be enabled on your child's phone. To do this, enable the “Access to Geodata” option on the child's device in the “notification shade”.

3. Enable location detection for all sources

  •  Open the “Settings” app;
  •  Open the "Location” menu;

  •  Select the "GPS Satellites" option (on some devices, this may be labeled as "Location" or "Location Services" or "Advanced Settings");

  •  In the menu that opens, choose the "From all sources" option (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth);
  •  Enable the "Improve accuracy" option.

4.  Open the Settings app on the child's device > Location > App permissions > Parental Control Kroha > select "Allow all the time" and enable the "Use precise location" switch.
