Location tracker
The location feature allows parents to track their child's current location, view their child's movement history for the last 7 days, and set geofences to receive notifications on their smartphone if their child enters or leaves one of the geofences.
"Map" tab.
The current location of the child's device is displayed here. Above the pointer (pin) that you see on the map, you can see the date and time when the last coordinate was received from the child's device. If the coordinate was received a long time ago and is no longer relevant, click "Refresh" in the upper right corner.
"History" tab.
To view the location history, select the day for which you want to receive data and click the "Start" button.
To set up a monitoring zone for your child's phone and receive notifications on your smartphone if your child enters or leaves it, you need to follow these steps:
- go to the "Zones" tab and click "+";
- set the coordinates of the place you want to monitor by taping on the map;
- set the radius by moving the radius slider;
- create a name for the geofence, for example "Home";
- apply the settings by clicking the "Set" button (check mark).
If you want to delete a geofence, go to the "Zones" tab, click on the created zone and click "Delete Geofence" at the bottom of the screen. If a child enters or leaves an active monitoring zone, all parents will receive a notification about it.
"Settings" tab.
Here you can change the map display type. The following modes are available: "Standard", "Satellite", "Hybrid".
