How to get Parental Control Kroha running in the background on OPPO?

First, on your child's device, open the Parental Control Kroha app > Tap the gear icon > Tap “Edit Parental Restrictions” > Enter the PIN code > If any setup guide appears, go through it.

Then open the Parental Control Kroha app on your child's device > Tap the gear icon > tap “Temporary deactivate for 2 minutes” > Enter the PIN code. This is to ensure that the settings on your child's device are not locked for 2 minutes, and you can check them.

Next, check the power saving settings. To do this, use the following instructions:

  • Go to Settings on your child's device > Battery > Other settings  (More settings) > Optimize Battery Usage > Find the Parental Control Kroha app and set it to Don't Optimize.

  • Next, open Settings on your child's device > Battery > Other settings  (More settings) > App Battery Management  > Find the Parental Control Kroha app and set the “Allow to Run in the Background” and “Allow Auto-Start” toggles to the active position.

  • On Oppo devices with Security Center open the Security Center app, and select Privacy Permissions > Startup Manager > Allow Parental Control Kroha.
  • On some Oppo devices (e.g. R9, R11 and A37f), you will need to go to Settings > Battery > Others > Parental Control Kroha and deselect all settings.
  • On some other devices, you'll need to go to Settings > Battery & Memory > Battery Manager and turn Smart Power Saving off. Tap Power Consumption Information > Optimize for excessive power consumption and uncheck Parental Control Kroha.
