How can I delete the app (iOS)?

To delete the app on your parent's device, simply drag and drop it into the trash or from the app menu.

In order to delete an app on your child's smartphone, you need to follow the steps given below:

•      Go to Settings on your child's device -> Basic -> Profiles and VPN (or “Device Management”) -> Parental Control Kroha -> Delete profile (remove control).

•  Open Settings on your child's device -> Screen Time -> Content and Privacy -> App Store / iTunes Purchases -> Uninstall Apps -> Allow.

•  Open Parental Control Kroha on your child's device -> Click the gear icon -> Click “Delete” -> Confirm. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app as usual by dragging it to the recycle bin.

If you have Kroha Advanced installed on your child's device, open Kroha Advanced on your computer or laptop, connect your child's device via USB cable, select iOS operating system, click “Delete” and follow the uninstall instructions.
