How to disconnect or rename a device?
In case you need to remove a device from your account that is no longer in use in order to connect a new one. For example, your child bought a new smartphone, but it cannot be connected because the limit of 5 devices in the account has been reached.
In this case, you need to remove the old device from your account.
To remove a child device from your account:
1. Open the Parental Control Kroha app on your device.
2. Select the child device you want to disconnect from the device list.
3. Click “Disconnect Device”.
If you need to remove a device in “Parent” mode from your account or rename a connected device, use the following instructions:
1. Open the Parental Control Kroha app on your device.
2. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner (three stripes).
3. Go to “Account”.
4. Tap the pencil icon next to the selected device.
5. Select the “Disconnect” action to remove the device from the account or create a new name and click “Save” to rename the device
