How to get Parental Control Kroha running in the background on Huawei?

First, on your child's device, open the Parental Control Kroha app > Tap the gear icon > tap “Edit Parental Restrictions” > Enter the PIN code > If any setup guide appears, go through it. 

Then open the Parental Control Kroha app on your child's device > Tap the gear icon > tap “Temporary deactivate for 2 minutes” > Enter the PIN code. This is to ensure that the settings on your child's device are not locked for 2 minutes, and you can check them.  

Next, check the power saving settings. To do this, use the following instructions: 

• Open the phone's Settings app > Open Battery section > App launch > Find the Parental Control Kroha app > Turn off the toggle next to the name of the Parental Control Kroha app > The Manual Control window will pop up. In this window, all toggles should be enabled: ‘Auto Run’, ‘Indirect Start’, ‘Running in Background’;

   

• Go back to Battery > Open “Other Battery Settings” (on other firmware, tap the settings icon in the top right corner) > Disable the notification to detect power-hungry apps.

 

• Open the Phone Manager (Optimizer) app > Tap the Settings icon > Disable Auto Clean.
