App side menu

The users can find the following options in the app's menu:

1. Devices. Selecting this menu item takes the user to the main screen of the app with a list of monitored children's devices. 

2. Notifications. Here you find important notifications about events on your child's phone (going out of geo-zone, installing new apps, turning off app-critical permissions).

 

3. Account. This menu lists all devices that are connected to the account. In this menu you can disconnect an unnecessary device, for example, if it was previously connected to the account but is no longer in use.

 

4. Payment. In this menu, users can choose one of the subscription options (1 month/1 year/Unlimited) and pay for it by card or pay for the subscription with a license code purchased in one of the retail stores of our partners. For more information, see the ”Payment” section.

5. Support. In this menu, you can get prompt help on issues related to the use of the app. The answer will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when registering.

 

6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). This section contains instructions on how to use the app.

 

7. Settings. This menu brings up features that will help parents ban certain options on their child's smartphone that restrict the app from working. 

Also, power saving and battery optimization should be properly configured to prevent the app from being limited in performance.
