What should I do if the child's location is not shown accurately? (Android)

To obtain geodata and to improve the accuracy of location retrieval, please check the following settings:

1. Check for an Internet connection on your child's device

2. Enable “Access to Geodata”

 To receive geolocation data, the “Access to Geodata” should be enabled on your child's phone. To do this, enable the “Access to Geodata” option on the child's device in the “notification shade”.

3. Enable location detection for all sources

  •      Open the “Settings” app;
  •      Open the "Location” menu;
  •      In the “Privacy” section, select “GPS Satellite Location”;
  •      Select “GPS Satellite Software Mode”;
  •      In the pop-up menu, select the “By All Sources” location option.

4. Open Settings on your child's device, find “Location”, then “App Permissions”, select the Parental Control Kroha app, enable “Allow Any Mode” or “By All Sources”: the app will always have access to the device's location.
