How can I uninstall Kroha Advanced (IOS)?
If you have Kroha Advanced installed on your child's device, use the following instructions to uninstall the app:
- Open Kroha Advanced on your PC/Mac;
- Connect the child's device via USB;
- Select the operating system of the child's device (iOS);
- Select “Delete” -> “Start”;
- Follow the instructions on the screen;
- Enter the email address you provided when registering and your account password, click “Get Started”;
- Do not disconnect the USB cable until the uninstallation is complete.
